Easy access to town, country and airport!
|
Fulham is served by no fewer than five tube stations, Hammersmith (direct train links to Heathrow), Parson's Green,
Fulham Broadway, Baron's Court and Putney Bridge. You are never more than a few minutes walk from the underground.
There are regular bus services to the west end and the city as well as local "hoppa" buses which can be flagged down
anywhere!
If you need road access to the M4, M3, M25 and the A3 then Fulham is ideally positioned. Off peak, Heathrow is only
a 20 minute drive away and motorways are close by.

A wide choice of quality schools

When it comes to schools it is a case of "whatever you want" in Fulham. There are plenty of high quality private and
state schools nearby including some famous names like St Pauls, Latymer, The Oratory, Fulham Prep and Kensington Prep.

Public Parks Open Spaces

One of the area's most attractive features is its many parks. Hurlingham Park for sports; Bishops park with its stunning
riverside walks and excellent children's facilities and tennis courts, Parson's Green with its annual jazz festival, Eel
Brook Common and South Park, once again with their own tennis courts. The choice is excellent!

Eating out

The Fulham Road, King's Road and Fulham Palace Road offer a wide selection of quality restaurants including virtually
every ethnic speciality you could dream of. In a single 100 yard stretch of the Fulham Road you can find two French style
brasseries, a traditional English pub, two pizzerias, a smart wine bar, a balti, a Thai cafe, a Thai restaurant, a quality
"European" restaurant, Starbucks Coffee Bar, an Italian delicatessen, as a well as a couple of interesting cafes.

The full range of shopping

Fulham Road shops are known for both their variety and their quality whilst Putney, Hammersmith and the Kings Road ensure
everyone in the borough has access to all the major multiple stores and supermarkets. The Lillie Road has a reputation for
antiques whilst the Fulham Road and Kings Road boast many specialist clothes stores and a superb selection of gift shops and
designer outlets.

Keeping fit in Fulham
|
The area is blessed with a superb riverside position, great for joggers. Otherwise there are numerous public tennis courts
in both Bishop's Park and South Park. You can find wonderful grass courts at The Hurlingham Club along with swimming and
croquet. However this is for members only, as is the fabulous Harbour Club just down the road. There are numerous gyms to
suit all levels of fitness and every budget throughout the Fulham area.
